The Program

A structured, dignified stay.

The Anchor is a structured, substance-free transitional residence for adults in a season of change. Residents keep a furnished private room, choose a meal plan, and work with on-site staff toward permanent, sustainable independent housing — for a few months, a year, or longer. No fixed exit date.

What's included

Furnished private room with secure key-card access, a choice of meal plan (dinner only, or all three meals daily), laundry and hygiene facilities, gym and lounge access, and 24/7 on-site security — all in one predictable monthly rate from $1,275.

Who it's for

Adults (18+) able to live independently with minimal day-to-day support — older adults awaiting independent living, newcomers to Sarnia-Lambton, working adults needing secure interim housing, veterans, and anyone in transition seeking quiet stability in a substance-free community. Substance-free by design, not a requirement of treatment. Intake screening confirms fit.

How support works

Every resident has access to case management and transition planning scaled to their goals — permanent housing, employment, community connections — plus life-skills programming, wellness and recreation, and linkages to community services (including PSW) as needed.
